General information
Your room is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We would be happy to store your luggage for you beyond this time. You are welcome to arrange a change to these times with our reception (subject to availability).
- Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity in front of the Willinger Brauhaus. Please reserve a parking space for our underground car park before arrival. (CHARGEABLE € 20.00 per day)
- We provide baby cots and bed linen free of charge; a children’s playroom and playground are located directly in the hotel.
- Pets are welcome. Price per night € 20.00 Welcome package with blanket, dog bowl, and treats in the room. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and in the SEASONS SPA.
- Allergy-friendly rooms are available.
- We are happy to accept room requests when you make your booking. Please understand that we cannot guarantee every request.
- When booking one of the packages and a room upgrade to a higher category (apartment or gallery room), we charge € 30.00 per room and night.
- The evening buffet is available for you from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Sudhaus restaurant
- On public holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve) different times apply. Please feel free to contact us in advance.
- The local tourism tax of currently € 3.00 per person per night will be charged separately on site. Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel and therefore smoking is not permitted in the rooms and public areas, as well as the consumption of cannabis / marijuana / grass.
Electric car charging station
A Tesla charging station is available in our underground car park. You can also charge electric vehicles from other manufacturers using an adapter, which you can obtain from reception. We charge a fee of € 20.00 per charging process. There is also another charging station available for a fee in the parking lot of the Willinger Brauhaus.
